  • How do you pronounce Jujube?
    While both joo·joob and joo·joo·bee are correct pronounciations, we are known specifically as joo·joo·bee.

    No. We do not take phone orders currently.
  • Do you provide mail catalogues?
    No. We do not provide mail catalogues at this point in time. To receive email updates, please join our Mailing List.
  • What if my size is not listed in the size drop down menu?
    If your size is not listed in the size drop down menu, it means that this size is either unavailable or out of stock.
  • Im having problems placing an order. What do I do?
    First, check that all of your billing information is the same as that on your credit card statement. If you continue to experience problems placing an order, please contact Customer Service at help@jujube.be.

  • Do I have to register for an account to place an order? Why?
    Yes, because registering for an account speeds up checkout, enables past order history reviews, saves frequently used address information and saves items to your very own personalized shopping cart.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Master, American Express, and Paypal via our online payment gateway.
  • Is sales tax charged to my order?
    Yes, the 7% goods and services tax (GST) will be added to your total and will be reflected in the sales receipt.
Shipping FAQ
  • Do you ship to PO boxes?
    No. Our shipping provider does not allow packages to be delivered to PO boxes.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Normal delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks for local shipments and 4 to 6 weeks for international shipments. For more information, please refer to SHIPPING.
